We've been handling this shop by ourselves for..almost 8 months and we both agree that it's time for us to expand our familyy!

But of course our standard are not low. We only accept designers who we think that is up to Poster Paradise's standard.

I'm sure there are tons of talented designers out there and i would love to welcome you guys into our family!

First off! There are some rules apply before you submit the application form to become one of us;

1| Please be responsible! If i hand you a request you must finish it within a week or slighty more than that.
2| If you're going on hiatus or semi-haitus because of work or etc, please do tell me few weeks ahead!
3| Yes i know we have our own lives so, one designer will only accept 1-2 request per batch.
4| If you have any problem with the request I sent you please do tell me.
5| I'll double check if the pictures are high quality. If they are hard to work with i'll reject their request BUT if you think the pictures for the request i sent you is still hard to work with for you, feel free to provide your own pictures.
6| Please pleasee be serious. If you do not have any inspiration to make a poster, please ask for my help or danhobak's help. I know that we, designers at times will experience designers-block.
7| Do not apply just for the sake of the position! Apply if you really want to and if you really think you can do it.
8| If you're already working in a few shops, i suggest that you shouldn't apply. But if you think you can handle it, be my guest!
9| I'd be happy if you can provide freebies like resources, etc from time to time. But i won't force you to, if you don't have time.
10| MUST BE SUBSCRIBED TO OUR SHOP.
11| If you're okay with all of those i've wrote above then, please apply!

So, what we're going to do is, whoever that have sent in their application form will be going through a few rounds of battle.
We call it the battle of "Poster Paradise's next graphic designer". There'll be 5 Rounds in total and of course each round will have different theme.
You will be asked to make posters mainly or other graphics. In each round, each designers will send in their works and we, as in me, lynnryan and danhobak, will evaluate your works according to our rubric. I will post that later on.
That is only 60% of your 'infinites' ∞ (infinites are marks/score). The other 40% of infinites depends on Poster Paradise's subscribers! We will post up a poll for our subbers to vote.

AND! This is the part where it gets exciting! One or a few designers will be eliminated on each round. Of course the one who got the lowest infinites will be eliminated.

Why are we having this battle? First off, we would love to test your skills on editing. So you can show us what you are capable of doing! And because we will be having a different theme for each round it'll be more easy for us to understand in what genre you're better at. Though you guys already give us your preferred theme.
Secondly, we can know if you're really serious about this position. If you fail to submit your work for  just a few simple rounds of battle why do i even need to bother hiring you? Agree?
Anddd by having this battle you can learn from each other as we will post up all your works for each round in our chapter. So you can see what you're lacking and where you can improve.
