How to use photoshop actions?
Unzip the file you've downloaded. After that copy the Atn. file and paste it in
My Computer > Local Disk/Hard disk > Program Files > Adobe > Photoshop *CS6 > Presets > Photoshop Actions.
After doing this, you are able to find the atn file when you try to load a new atn file to your Actions palette.
Load the Atn. file and press the 'play button' to use it! ♥

How to use psd colorings?
Open the picture you've picked out and then open the psd. file you've downloaded.
To make it easier, you should open them in seperate windows.
Edit the picture you've picked out, like adding in textures, cropping and etc.
After that, click on the psd. file. At the layers pallete, you'll see a folder. Drag that folder to your edited picture.
Voila! There you go! ♥
